Solomon's career has been built on a commitment to quality construction, strong project leadership, and creating long-term value for clients and communities.
With academic qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, and Business Administration, Solomon brings a unique blend of technical expertise, practical construction knowledge, and strategic business leadership to every project. His experience spans project planning, construction execution, contract administration, budgeting, operations management, facilities management, and real estate development.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and managed projects across the Caribbean, the United States, Europe, and Africa. This international experience has allowed him to develop a broad understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery systems, operational excellence, and client-focused solutions.
